Performed threat data analysis for threat model development, create the requirements and architecture,
and explained them from a high-level program management perspective, which bought in an additional

Established a threat M&S CONOPS and System Requirements Documents, which assisted the customer in

Developed BAA on biomedical data collection system for Homeland Security Emergency Exercise Program
(HSEEP), resulting in a $180,000 Phase I contract award.
Developed the C4ISR and network architecture for FCS Experiment 1.1, which contributed to ATEC
