Proposal consulting for Sparta, Inc. in 2010 for Systems Evaluation and Analysis Simulation requirements

(Sparta Inc. proprietary), earning over $2000 in fees.

Proposal consulting on Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Small Business Innovation Research / Small

Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) MDAA12-T002, Fusion for Object Correlation and

Identification (FOCI) for Machine Analytics, Inc. and Penn State University, worth $180,000.00.

SENIOR OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST: Northrop Grumman; Colorado Springs, CO 2007 - 2012

Performed threat data analysis for threat model development, create the requirements and architecture,

and explained them from a high-level program management perspective, which bought in an additional

$1.2 million for development.

Established a threat M&S CONOPS and System Requirements Documents, which assisted the customer in

strategic planning for threat M&S capabilities and provided creative/critical thinking to evaluate courses of

action.

Led the modeling and simulation verification and validation team for multiple performance assessments

and ground tests, resulting in validation of several models and root cause analysis corrective actions.

Prepared and provided technical analysis and review of M&S verification and validation data and

Modeling, simulation, and analysis experience on Future Combat Systems program, two Unmanned Aerial

Vehicle (UAV) programs, and missile defense programs totaling $20 million.

Led the systems engineering technical volume proposal team for an $80 million bid and proposal.

Developed BAA on biomedical data collection system for Homeland Security Emergency Exercise Program

(HSEEP), resulting in a $180,000 Phase I contract award.

Developed the C4ISR and network architecture for FCS Experiment 1.1, which contributed to ATEC

developmental test objective achievement.

OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST: Army Logistics Management College, Fort Lee, VA 2002-2005

M&S and program management experience, including curriculum development, course authorship, and

instruction for a $3 million/year, ACE accredited training program.

Provided consultation on several M&S-based study and analysis efforts, including satellite constellations,
