Management Experience

* CMII, dba: CreoMundi Int`l, CFO, Project Contract-2011-12, Relocation of

Canadian-originated company to newly formed US new corporate offices in

Reno and helping -early-stage- company to get started and equity

funding, including investor due diligence. Finc`l & Admin. responsibility of

transference & acquisition of assets, equip., stock registers, and office

logistics to US operations in Nevada, as well as hiring of CMO, VPs of

Sales, R&D and Logistics for their startup funding in US. Worked on

project basis through corporate restructure - relocating the Canadian

operations to larger parent company and intercompany requirements;

Contract position completed Sept 2012.

* TEC 1, Inc dba: TEC Engineering Consultants, CFO/COO (and Director),

2003-2011. Residential, Commercial & Governmental Agency Engineering

& Project Consulting. Oversaw four offices in NV, CA and ID with up to 92

employees, until downsizing due to building economy in 2008. Direct

Executive and Financial Manager for all Operations, Accounting, HR, and

Admin (and staff), including legal and financial agency representation for

project and operation needs.

* LANDMARK HOMES / PARAGON Construction, Dir. of Finance 2001-2003.

Residential Home Builder & General Contracting Engineer (& Heavy

Construction) firms. Managed Finance & Acctg of both operations during

building boom. Resigned for TEC opportunity.

* SUMMERWOOD HOMES, Gen`l Manager / Controller (& Licensed Real Estate

Agent) 1998-2001 Land Development & Home Building Mgr of over 260

production homes in Northern NV. Lead manager, supervising all aspects

of Administration, Real Estate and Construction, including land

development and representation to local, county, and building agencies.

* JOHN LAWRENCE NV, Controller & Sr. Project Manager 1993-1998. Land

Developer of Palmer-designed Golf Course & 800+unit Community;

subsidiary of JLGL Dev., Edinburg, Scotland, including development of

Commercial & Industrial Park, and design and construction of Airport &

Airpark Estates; international trade & Acctg exp.

* CUBIX Corporation, Asst. Controller 1988-1993 - Mfg. of Computer

Hardware Equipment; originally hired as Accounting Manager and

promoted to Asst. Controller by 1990; managed team of eleven, including

HR, payroll, credit, payables, cost & financial accounting.
