Accomplishments
1. As part of the present project I'm always appreciated by Astra Zeneca management for single handedly managing troubleshooting and resolving all issues that users come up with in their tablets during the meetings held in various places in US where 300-600 users come to attend meetings.
2. My previous project which was Pfizer Animal Health US and Europe - I was awarded the "Client Appreciation award" for showing excellent flexibility and dedication for my role there and also successfully implementing a monitoring tool which saved Pfizer from Siebel 8 product defects.

Project Description As part of the Global Momentum Contract with AZ we are currently involved in providing 24x7 supports to their global S&M application across US, Europe, Canada & ROW.
The AZ support model is based on the ITIL Framework and Cognizant is handling two separate bundles of operations for AstraZeneca.
The phase 1 support for Drug Discovery application grouped as Bundle C is already in steady state and we are currently in Phase 2 of Momentum support providing support to all the Sales & Marketing applications globally grouped as Bundle A.

ECMS China Implementation was a Siebel application developed for China. All the country users would be using the ECMS/SFA Application.
This application was being designed to support common selling activities,
and processes that sales force engages in while interacting with the
customers. This project was executed in two phases phase 1 and phase2. ECMS China Implementation was quite important from Pfizer business strategic point of view as the Pfizer ECMS application for the first time was rolled out for any APAC country.

Pfizer ECMS Project :
The Electronic Customer Management System (ECMS) was the forthcoming Pfizer's Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Sales Analysis tool. This tool was designed to support common EuCan (Abbreviation for countries in Europe and Canada) selling activities, and processes that the sales force engages in, while interacting with customers. Within the EuCan countries, the ECMS system would replace the existing components of the existing system(s). These systems were commonly referred to as ETMS (Electronic Territory Management Systems). The Pfizer ECMS system was implemented using Siebel the market leading software in Customer Relationship Management systems - and incorporated best practices in activity planning, call recording and reporting processes.It was rolled out to 23 countries in Europe and Canada.
