2009 – Present Assisting in the management of my Father’s estate including rental, management, supervising repairs of a group of rent houses and land. Also involved in selling some of the estate’s building lots and raw land

2007 – 2009 Independent real estate broker targeting new construction, Production and Custom homes, including Inside Loop 610 and Metro Houston (both pre-sold and specs). Assisted new construction buyers with deciding which builder and why, contract, explain construction as needed, financing, selections and closing. Located and Negotiated the purchase of lots or land to builders, located, negotiate and sale some investment properties to private investors

2000 – 2007 Tremont Homes and Tremont Custom Homes,

Lead sales consultant for Production Homes and Custom Inner Loop new homes (both pre-sold & specs). Negotiated sales, walked buyers through the process of change orders explaining cost factors versus benefits, assisted builder with floor plan modifications, specifications/features based on customer/Realtor comments. Often won top in-house sales consultant. Recognized by builder for excellence in customer service. Worked closely with superintendent to enhance customer satisfaction.

1996 – 2000 Sugar Lakes Central Sales – Senior Sales Consultant of 3 Sales Associates representing three custom builders and 2 production builders, both specs and pre-sold homes. We sold the last approximately 200 homes in the existing community in record time increasing the profit for our builders and the developer.

Customer service was a critical issue we all followed up on for quick, smooth closings with happy customers.
