Accomplishments

I have worked for Walgreen's for twelve years in the same position for most of those years. I have been able to assist new employees being hired in for the Customer Service position in their training. There have been several tasks that have been given to me that require projects to be done in a timely manner. I have also worked for the disability department for one year and two months. During that time I was able to also multi-task with the Unpaid Leave Department in projects to assist them. Previous to that I held a job with the same company for several years. During the last several months at that job, I was a fill-in supervisor of three employees on a full-time basis. I have had several employees give acknowledgment to their service that was given at the time of a call that I was able to assist with. I enjoy working with others and doing what it takes to get tasks done in a timely manner.

Also helping with calls in regard to COBRA coverage and prescription coverage and other benefits given to employees.
