firm. C&W uses this in house application - Revenue Management

System to manage revenues generated through the Brokerage, Client

Service and Capital Market Service Lines. This is a proprietary

system that performs commission billing, broker accounting,

revenue/expense accounting, receivable/payable accounting,

transaction detail and marketing integration needs. The main

modules of the system are Deal Entry, Deal Adjustment, Broker

Compensation, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Options (Leasing) and

Management Reporting.

CRM is the entry

point for this deal capture application. CRM creates the

opportunity for the deal. Opportunity might be Buyer or Seller,

Landlord or Tenant. CRM sends this opportunity information to CRM

where it identifies the revenue generated by this opportunity and

splits across various sources. Legacy is the exit point for this

RMS application. RMS sends the captured deal information to Legacy

to book the invoice that is sent to the corresponding opportunity.

information and to generate their (Bank’s) outstanding loan

statistics in the form of reports.

The main goal of this system is to check whether the borrowers

are eligible for receiving the loan from the Banks or Mortgage

firms.

Crystal

Reports XI is the reporting tool used to generate the reports

both in graphical report format and in statistical report format.

This report module also has been designed to print the reports or

view the reports on the fly in the browser. AJAX concept

is used in this project to print reports in bulk format. This

system is interoperating with Microsoft COM APIs

such as Microsoft office Word and Excel applications. This system

also has been designed to use third party OCX components.

Purchase department authorities will send invoice documents to

was automated sending email alerts to the Approvers. This system

helps Approvers to identify an invoice documents that is to be

payable. Also this system enables Approvers to view the payable

invoices in a tiff document format and it displays the invoice

document information. Approver takes necessary approval process

includes Approved Partially Approved, Rejected, Re-Assigned,

Hold. Odyssey, a component, is used to convert the invoice

documents to tiff document format. SQL server 2000 is used as a

backend database which stores information about the invoice

documents.
