Customer Quality Manager
a Managed all aspects of customer quality program with Major OEMas in North and South America. Included contract negotiation, product qualification, and regular data reports to customers. Also developed and implemented field screening and rework programs for all North and South America inventory locations.
a Developed first level failure analysis capability and reporting process for field failures. Interfaced with failure analysis staff in Far East for in-depth FA and assured timely corrective action was identified before submitting final reports to customers (I.e. 8D process).
