Professional Skill Summary:

I was trained and practiced my trade as a master journeyman electrician. I am also a licensed electrical and general contractor. As a contractor I developed sales skills. Selling products, services, and concepts, experience, has taught me that to have a project succeed written policies and procedures must be in place to produce quality and safety in the work place. This equates to reasonable expectations for increased personnel consistent output. I have a common sense approach coupled with a working knowledge of the NEC, IBC, UL and OSHA standards to insure proper and safe installation techniques in any arena.

Experience in but am not limited to the following:

Site evaluation.

Electrical design and estimating.

Performing the electrical portion of site audits for due diligence.

Feasibility studies for alternative energy solutions, solar and wind applications.

With a strong background in complicated multifaceted projects.

Understanding how to build and maintain cellular wireless networks, towers and cell sites.

I am aware that I don't know all of the answers. However, I am part of a national network of electrical, mechanical, structural, communication and construction professionals. Personal: As part of my continuing education and commitment to safety I recently completed a 30 hour OSHA construction safety course.
