- General Manager of Scott`s - Bell 47, Inc., leading their operations, business development & technical efforts to provide market leading customer support to existing owner and to re-instate a production Model 47 helicopter to the rotorcraft industry.
- Managed the hiring & process development for the new Scott`s - Bell 47, Inc. design team.
- Program Director for a $400M commercial rotorcraft development program. Successfully led the program team to achieve certification in 2009 with the FAA, Transport Canada & EASA.
- Led the Airframe, Systems Integration, Propulsion, Technology & Flight Test Engineering teams during the production development phase of the Bell 429 helicopter program with an annual budget of $20M-$25M.
- Led the Airframe Engineering Design Team for the new Bell 429 helicopter program managing over 100 designers & stress analysts.
- Successfully managed the design, build, and commissioning of the AneCom AeroTest GmbH engine test facility project in Berlin, Germany, for MDS Aero Support Corporation & Rolls Royce Deutschland-on budget and within schedule.
- Managed the installation of a new engine test data and control system at SR Technics in Zurich, Switzerland, with minimal disruption, exceeding customer expectations.
- Led the installation and commissioning of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries engine test facility in Akashi, Japan-allowing Kawasaki to partner with Rolls Royce UK on the Trent engine development programs.
- Project Engineer on a light twin-engine helicopter development program; managed the build of the first prototype through to first flight and supported the build of the initial production aircraft.
