Product Support Engineer

Provided phone support and email communication to customers to assist them with troubleshooting and providing solutions with Intermec products. Handled incoming calls, identified issues through troubleshooting, and assisted customers in resolving the issues.

*Assisted customers with problems related to their wireless infrastructure of the their network.

*Documented each call in the Right Now Knowledge Central database system used as a tool to keep detailed records of reoccurring issues and prevent future issues.

*Described the issues thoroughly and the steps taken to provide the answers that satisfied the customer needs in each case.

Setup a test platforms to duplicate and research the issues that customers were experiencing with devices.

Provided PC desktop support as a contract employee. Assignments included; Aegon, Alliant and Intermec Technologies.

*Corrected software issues by troubleshooting on malfunctioning hardware as needed on customer PCs.
