Objective
Nurse Executive
As a Nurse Executive, I will use my leadership skills to inspire the staff to create a
culture of excellence in order to provide superior, quality, personal care to all of our
patients.
In this executive position, I will uphold the institution s core values while following
budget and staffing requirements, along with hospital policies and procedures to help this
institution excel.
Making changes to improve the institution may be a difficult but necessary step in order
to provide the best evidence based, and safe nursing care for this patient population. I
am up to the challenge.
