Experience:

Having experience of Construction for Coating Inspection for Surface Preparation to client s final inspection. To follow ITP and carry out inspection on a timely basis. Final Inspection of Surface preparation and Application Documentation, Monitoring weather specified conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client on daily basis to resolve any quality issues.

• Responsible for the work and actions of other employees.

• Record surface temperature, air temperature, humidity, dew point and other ambient conditions of site.

• Responsible to ensure that a group of subordinates get out the assigned amount of production, when they are supposed to do it and within acceptable levels of quality, costs and safety.

• Estimates material and labor.

• Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of painting expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.

• Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.

• Keep Material records and submits reports as required.

• Duties included managing workforce of up to 40 painters and helpers and Assigning crew on a daily, weekly, monthly or project basis

• Attending all QA/QC management & safety meetings.

• Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations and work policies.

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

• Monitors and tracks daily progress and work completed, comparing planned to actual.

• Takes appropriate mitigating action to ensure compliance with the plan, based on knowledge of available manpower, equipment, materials, and in cooperation with planning engineer and project management To follow specification and carry out inspection on a timely basis.

• Preparation of Final Painting Reports for test packs.

• Surface preparation inspection

• Final Inspection of Surface preparation and Application Documentation, Monitoring weather specified conditions.

• Conducting salt test on surfaces

• Monitoring mixing of paints

• Maintaining batch certificates for incoming materials for painting

• Maintaining test certificates for paints

• Reviewing of paint schemes

• Monitoring painting activities

• Measuring dry film thicknesses using DFT gauges

• Conducting holiday test on painted surfaces

• Maintaining record for all stages

• Preparing stage wise reports

• To handle DFT gauge. Holiday testing equipment, PIG guage.

• Assess condition of substrate

• Check proper storage of coatings as per manufacturer s data sheet.

• Check the correct material have been received for the use

• Check the Abrasive before starting of the Blasting

• Check the Ambient Temperature (wet / dry) before the commence of work

• Check the Dew Point and Relative Humidity

• Check the blast cleaned surface visually Monitor application of paints and coating on each stage of work

• Monitor time taken for curing with the relevant temperatures

• Final close out and box up reports and quality document submission for the complete reports

Education:

Honor s Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in EEE & ECE (certification in ECE area) Session 2003 -2007 (1st-Grade).

Done Networking (install configures, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks. I have the knowledge and a skill to make connections to remote sites via a WAN, mitigate basic security threats, and understand the requirements for wireless network access. Protocols: IP- EIGRP, OSPF, FR, RIP1/RIP2).
