RESUME HIGHLIGHTS
My accomplishments include about 200 successful product designs for/using:
Medical and research devices for patient connected purposes; Nuclear Power Plant I&C Design (St. Lucie),Micro-controller programming, Analog Design (Schematic and PCB), Solidworks package and assembly design, Design for Manufacture, Design For Test,
Design for Six Sigma, Off-Shore Design and coordination, Pilot Production,
ISO, Documentation, Technical Writing, RF design (wireless and cable), FCC
and UL successful submission. I hold two US patents and several
international patents. I am highly creative and have a proven track record
of producing designs that succeeded where previous attempts by numerous
teams of well-qualified engineers were unsuccessful. I have used VHDL and
programmers on Lattice and Altera platforms. I have used numerous CAD
platforms for EDA. I am a member of multiple national engineering
societies. I usually improve performance and reduce costs of production by
about 50%. This has resulted in design wins for employers and increased
market-share in very competitive and cost-sensitive environments. I am
affable and team oriented and can usually motivate subordinates with
management support, adopting a style of consensus building and 'buy-in' to
maintain team cohesion. My experience includes 10 years in the premises
security industry, involving everything from circuit design to installation
and maintenance; high power, high voltage instrumentation; medical and
research devices for patient connected purposes; long range optics; and
numerous other high volume, high precision, high accuracy products for
consumer, commercial, industrial, military and research applications.

Research's DR dos multi-vendor integration. Languages Used: Assembly
language for 8085, Compiled Basic, Pascal. Devised original method for
Adaptive Control of Combustion Boiler. Involved manipulation of independent
variables (all previous values plus present Load) based on previously
observed data trim controls for optimum efficiency (minimum overshoot and
maximum energy transfer). The machine therefore 'knew' based upon past
experience (changeable) optimum course of action either because it
experienced it before or because it could infer based upon a changing set
of rules what should happen when a particular action or group of actions
are taken. A base line was established with the output vented giving an
infinite load and therefore identifying impulse response. from that line a
multi-term polynomial was built to provide specific perturbations from taht
baseline. Relationships between output controller ratios maintained based
upon excursions. If expected results are not encountered (based upon
primary variable) perturbations are continued. Any Subcontrollers can have
all pertinent information by sole transmission of static sized table.
Languages Used: Interpretive Basic, Compiled Basic, Turbo Pascal.
