August 2006present: Program Manager/PeopleSoft HCM Practice Lead

Responsible for leading transformation and technology initiatives within the Enterprise

Solutions Practice which includes pipeline management, services assessment (complete cycle

from opportunity mining, evaluation/research, presenting in sales cycle, and RFP

response), contract execution including creation and rate negotiations with

contractors/vendors, and delivery of services. Responsible for people management of 6
