Project Management
Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
Formulating operating budgets; managing operations for executing projects within cost & time norms.
Designing implementation of interiors and fixturing systems as per the client?s requirements.

Articulating the opportunity by making a detailed line presentation of business models and working drawings to the decision makers in the account, using the latest cutting edge technologies.
Interacting with the client and freezing the technical specifications.
Developing effective understanding & relations and coordination of design services & specifications.
