DETAILED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

KELLY SERVICES Inc.

Contracted to Dow Chemical Company in Houston Texas on various projects.

Project Controls Lead: (2010-present) Working on two projects Cl4 and Chelants Life Extension. The Projects will enable continued long term operation of the Chlorine 4 and Chelants Facilities in Freeport Texas. Responsibility includes setting up a four year maintenance program schedule integrating Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Plant Operations. Maintain progress/productivity updates, establishment of control budgets, man-hour and cost forecasts, preparation of monthly project status reports. Supervised a cost clerk and estimator.

Program Lead Schedule/Project Control Leader: (2007-2010) Assigned to the Thailand Growth Project consisting of several process plants, infrastructure and offsite facilities. Responsibility includes establishing and maintaining an overall integrated Program Schedule. Also managed and integrated several contractor schedules from Basic Engineering through to Start-up and overview the cost reporting for the Infrastructure & Offsite Project.

Program Lead Scheduler: (2006-2007) Assigned to the OPIC Program, consisting of Extraction, Pipeline, Ethylene and Polyethylene Plants being engineered worldwide and constructed in Omen. Duties included establishing and maintaining an integrated baseline EPC&S program schedule.

Project Control Leader: (2005-2007) Assigned to the Polyethylene Project, part of the OPIC Program during the FEL design stage in Houston. Responsible for the development, and maintenance of the integrated EPC&S project schedule. Duties included updating an integrated EPC&S schedule, progress/work hour reporting, cost reporting, and preparation of monthly project status reports.

CALPINE CORPORATION

Project Controls: (2001-2005) Working for Calpine Corp. assigned to multiple cogeneration projects though out the United States. Responsible for managing integrated subcontractor?s Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning schedules. Duties include integrating, evaluating, approving and monitoring subcontractor schedules, progress reporting and preparation of weekly/monthly project status reports.

KADCO INTERNATIONAL LTD. Inc.

Project Scheduler: (1997-2001) Assigned to Petrozuata C.A. (joint venture between Conoco Oil Co. and Maraven Oil Co.) for the Venezuela Extra Heavy Oil Project. Duties include establishing and implementing procedures to coordinate all EPC project scheduling and assigned as the client liaison to monitor individual subcontractor schedules. This assignment included evaluating, approving and monitoring subcontractor schedules. Duties included coordinating all subcontractor interfaces.

Project Control Leader: (1995-1997) Contracted to Dow Chemical in Houston, Texas on various projects. Development and maintained the project scheduling and cost system. Duties included updating an integrated EPC schedules, progress and workhour reporting, establishment of cost control budgets and forecasts, preparation of monthly project status reports.

TAD TECHNICAL SERVICE CORP.

Project Scheduler: (1993 to 1995) Contracted to Destec Engineering and assigned to the 230 megawatt Tiger Bay Cogeneration Project in Fort Mead, Florida. Responsible for coordination of subcontractor?s construction and start up schedule reporting. This included the development and monitoring of integrated logic schedules, progress & productivity reporting, change orders and monthly summary schedule reports.

STONE & WEBSTER ENGINEERING

Project Controls Manager: (1990 to 1993) Stone & Webster Engineering Company led a consortium for the EPC of two gas treatment plants for Petronas Gas Sdn. ghd. Basic engineering by Stone & Webster took place in Houston, Texas, detail engineering by Hyundai in Seoul, Korea and construction/commissioning at Kerata in, Malaysia. Duties included establishing procedures to coordinate the entire consortium's (client) financial and scheduling reporting. This project consisted of engineering, procurement, and construction. Job requirements included establishing project control budgets, preparing man-hour and cost forecasts, initiating and maintaining project cash flow, coordinating deviation and change orders, issuing monthly man-hour and progress reports, and preparing client billings.

KINHILL STEARN

Cost Engineer: Contracted to Roxby Management Services, Adelaide, South Australia assigned to the Olympic Dam Project. The project consists of mine development and operation, construction of a process plant and the town?s infrastructure. Duties included the preparation of contractor performance reports, establishing and updating monthly schedules, submitting monthly cost reports, developing funding requests, cost forecasting, processing project change requests and variance reporting.

BROWN & ROOT INTERNATIONAL

Project Scheduler: Brown & Root Construction Management Team Central Area, Dhahran Saudi Arabia. Major area of work consisted of the construction of new schools for the ARAMCO-built Government School Program. Duties included evaluation and approval of contractor schedules, monitoring of contractor performance, determination of contractor progress.

Senior Cost Engineer: Assigned to Brown & Root Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia design office as Senior Cost Engineer for the Project Controls Group. Responsibilities included establishing and maintaining the cost control system for a variety of petrochemicals and pipeline engineering projects. Duties included cost analysis, variance reporting, weekly and monthly progress reports, quantity and man-hour analysis.

SANTA FE BRAUN INTERNATIONAL

Scheduling Engineer: Responsible for construction scheduling activities for a construction management team on the Abqaiq Refinery in Saudi Arabia. Projects consisted of a diversified plant upgrade and maintenance of ARAMCO's petroleum facilities. Duties included logic diagram, MSCS computer network, manpower loading charts, estimates for construction activities, monitoring progress.

TMSI ARABIA LTD.

Cost Engineer: Responsible for monitoring and forecasting ARAMCO costs and maintaining potential progress in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Projects consisted of elevated pipelines in the Jubail industrial complex, relocation of onshore and offshore pipeline in Abu Ali, Barri West Crude Handling Facilities Project, onshore fabrication and offshore installation of pipelines and production platforms.
