Accomplishments:
As a leading part of the management team, developed a ten year, Capitol Improvement Plan, in support of ownerships business plan and bottom line goal, The New Vision I implemented and managed,Campus Beautification Project, creating a warm and welcoming first impression for potential clients. These changes helped to drive a 300% increase in sales. I created and administered the first preventative maintenance and housekeeping programs for buildings and grounds. Some examples of this include: a 20 acre athletic facility, office space, medical center, sleeping bunks, kitchens, and dining rooms, theater and aquatics center. I initiated the update of central computer system and supervised installation of new system. I implemented, with Camp Director, emergency procedures for client and staff injuries, fire, lost camper and other emergencies. I envisioned the initial design and administered preliminary contractor bids for a 2.3 million dollar multi - purpose athletic facility, which will provide increased indoor space for 700 campers and a projected 45% increase in total revenue. I created and managed an in-house repair and renovation program,reducing the costs of outside contractors. I planned, designed and administered Capital Improvement projects. Some examples include, but are not limited to: new construction, building renovations, parking lot expansions and irrigation installations.
