Assisted in the daily management of four capital markets business units institutional

retail investment sales,

and mergers & acquisition advisory

services, providing financial and operations support to the brokers and reporting to the

parent. Assisted in the due

diligence for a contemplated business acquisition, including development of financing

alternatives.

Provided accounting, treasury, and operations support to funds sponsored by The

Staubach Company and sold pursuant to

private placement memorandums, including assisting in closing various real property

acquisitions.

Providing transition services to merge select business units into Jones Lang LaSalle

A publicly-traded self-managed real estate investment trust ( REIT ) with 934 properties

in 48 states, specializing in the

development, management and leasing of fast food, service station and convenience store

sites. (In 2005, the REIT merged

with CNL Restaurant Properties, Inc. and 18 CNL Income Funds.)

Managed the finance, accounting, investor relations, tax, MIS, treasury and human

resource functions for the Dallas-based

REIT with over $82 million in rents and approximately $700 million in assets. Responsible

for quarterly and annual

reporting to SEC, NYSE, and stockholders. Regularly communicated with Wall St. analysts,

investors, banks and

bondholders regarding earnings and other business matters.

$175 million secured bridge loan

(including all documentation for subsequent $180 million securitization), $7 million

unsecured revolver and refinancing of

Realigned internal departments for better communication and workflow and increased

economies of scale. Changes

decreased overhead by approximately 25% in first year.

Led team to select and implement financial and property management system to achieve

staff and functional integration

and efficiencies, comprehensive financial reporting, and more effective property

management. Instituted first set of

operating and accounting procedures and policies for Company as part of process.

Performed internal valuation of Company and its assets, five year forecast and other

strategic tools to assist executive

development of a 548-unit multifamily

complex. Negotiated leases and build to suit contracts and coordinated delivery of

premises with construction companies.

Oversaw separate management teams operating design centers located in Boston, Houston and

Dallas. Sourced and

closed approximately $600 million in construction and permanent financing.

Assisted in the design and development of a 2,000 acre master-planned community

activities included annexation

analysis, zoning modifications, negotiation of developer s agreement, submission of TIF

plan to multiple cities and school

districts, contract negotiations for cable and communica tion services, and planning and

budgeting for over $12 million in

Improved profitability by over 60% through the implementation of leasing parameters,

collection procedures and internal

Negotiated the modification and extension of several loans, resulting in lower interest
