SENIOR MANAGER

* Experienced and energetic Senior Manager with extensive experience in business development, accounting, operations & resources management, and organizational leadership seeks a new position as a CFO or Full Charge Bookkeeper handling securities, mortgage, real estate, and insurance needs.

* I formed three Broker dealers: Mercer Securities Ltd., a Discount Retail Broker, Gem Investment Ltd, and Gem Advisors, Inc., both private placement firms. I also formed an investment advisory firm called Gem Investment Advisors.

* Served as Director of Operations/Accounting for a $6.5M full service, self-clearing broker. Recognized for ability to reduce costs and improve collections. Managed up to 60 personnel.

* Managed $1.3M in revenues for software developer and Internet hosting services for large medical practices. Recovered up to $294M in debt during 2007.

* Recovered $215M of funds missing from firm that was unknown by management and outside accountant as well as $210M in taxes not taken within one year of assuming financial role.

* Recovered $125M in missing funds not discovered in audit by NASD & outside accounting firm within three months of assuming financial principal role.

* Managed $12M in credit lines at regional self-clearing broker dealer used to facilitate margin lending.

* Managed sales force of ten at private placement firm for five years revenue in excess of $100M and profits in excess of $40M.

* Effectively managed sales force of 40 for three branch and three satellite offices in PA, NYC and NJ. Achieved first year revenues of $3M; closed firm after partner`s death.
