I have over twenty years of management experience in the development and administration of entire human resource systems on both a national and international basis. I have an extensive background in compliance and all human resource legal matters. I have developed, installed and managed total compensation and benefits systems for over forty companies and organizations nationwide. My background includes all areas of personnel administration to include, labor relations and arbitration, legal compliance, safety, manpower planning, training and development, and employee relations. I have extensive experience in the development and implementation of TQM and continuous improvement programs. Additionally, I have hands on experience in the establishment of work teams and participative management programs and systems.
