I'm motivated with 18 yrs. Of experience and training I worked as an assembler for 15yrs. During that time I was able to run the production line without supervision. I also trained new employees, that came to my line. I can work under pressure, I understand that there is a deadline for work orders to be delivered in order to keep customer satisfaction.
