Mentor Recruitment DVD, Royal Friends Clubs, Santa Ana, CA, Oct. 2008Director of Communications, Child S.H.A.R.E. (Support, Hope, Advocacy, Resources and
Encouragement) Glendale, CA. Nov 2006 - Dec 2008. Directed all aspects of internal and
external communication for this foster/adoptive support agency. Some key achievements
include:
Directed the agency s major re-branding effort including new logo, design look and web
presence in 2008, funded by the Lund Foundation;
Wrote, directed, filmed and edited a series of DVDs on the work of the agency, used in
fundraising, foster parent and volunteer training, etc.
Responsible for all agency publications Worked with outside designers as needed and
personally wrote and designed Annual Report, monthly agency newsletters and series of in-
house brochures. Wrote a grant-funded Graphic Novel for emancipating foster teens.
Worked with LA County s Department of Children and Family Services to create a series
of portrait photos and posters as part of the The Best Birthday Present Is A Family
campaign, a project which received multiple grants and successfully found homes for hard
to place children.
Production Coordinator, The Jesus Film Project a division of Campus Crusade for Christ
Int l, San Clemente, CA - 1998 to 2005. Created special projects promoting the work of
JFP, which was the largest faith-based film project in history (screened in every country
in the world and viewed by billions) including the following:
Managed budgets, wrote, directed, filmed, produced and edited short documentaries,
often traveling to remote locations to obtain photos, stories and video footage.
Produced a major feature film, The Story of Jesus for Children, which has been
translated into over 100 languages worldwide.
Associate Producer and Distribution Manager, Moody Institute of Science, Chicago, IL and
Whittier, CA - 1989 to 1998. Served as associate producer on all in-house projects and
coordinator of all outside productions. Achievements include:
Wrote and produced six short documentaries in the Children s Science Adventures series;
Produced, directed and edited two major series featuring Dr. Tony Evans, founder of The
Urban Alternative and chaplain to NBA s Dallas Mavericks;
Directed and produced an Arabic language music video Songs of Returning
Associate producer of Hymns: A Portrait of Christ, music video with Steve Green.
Expanded the international network from 20 to 45 key distributors for 16mm film and
video tape rentals and sales world wide.
Supervised all aspects of marketing including package design and catalog development. I
negotiated royalty contracts as well as all technical aspects of language translations of
MIS programs.
Administrator, International Christian Visual Media, Oak Park, IL, 1986 - 1989
As the first full time administrator for this trade association, handled all membership
services including
Organized biannual directors meetings, regional member meetings and annual
international conference;
Created all promotion, publications and correspondence for membership expansion.
Audiovisual Manager, Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, IL, 1976-1986. Managed audio-visual
sales and rentals for the retail division after initial five years of developing the
audiovisual software library and serving as campus photographer.

Seven month journey to Kathmandu, Nepal on a personal mission in 2005-2006.
