Work Profile : Period :Aug,2000-till date Bharat forge Limited, Pune Project: SAP R/3 4.0 B Customisation and implementation of PM, MM module. Team size :20 Members . Role:Core Team Member .

Responsibility: a. Studying and understanding business process ( AS-IS analysis ), Gap analysis, setups and mapping them to the key business flows ( TO- BE Modelling ) . b. Define the functional specifications for the customisation and application implementation . c. Generation of user specific reports and BDC programs using ABAP/4 development workbench . d. Assigning user authorizations . e. End user training and online support .

ABAP/4 skills : a. Application development and report customisation using ABAP query and ABAP editor ( with / without variant ). b. Creation of user specific Layout-sets ( Forms ) using SAP-script and word processing tool. c. Data migration through BDC programming. d. Interface development ( Function modules, Includes and subroutines) e. Effective usage - Data dictionary, data browser, logical database and editor tools . f. Generation of user specific menus and transaction codes . g. Message class creation and their programming interface . h. Request Management and transportation techniques .

PM module: a. Knowledge of PM specific IMG settings . b. Defining existing maintenance organisation in SAP ( e.g. plants, functinal locations, work centers, order types, control keys, locations ) c. Creation of all masters like equipment, BOM, tasklist, classification and scheduling . d. Mapping of existing maintenance processes in SAP business process. e. Integration testing of PM module with MM, CO and PP module and result verifications. f. Standard SAP report alteration to suit user specific business requirements. g. Defining PM specific user authorization structure . h. Project documentation and end user training .

MM module: a. Knowledge of MM specific IMG settings b. Defining and maintaining existing organisation in SAP ( e.g. plants, purchasing organisation, purchasing groups, material types, material group, plantwise storage locations ) c. Creation of movement types, inforecords, incoterms, vendor schema d. Creation of material master, vendor master and classification . e. Mapping of existing MM processes in SAP business process.

Period: Sep,1995-JULY,2000 Bharat forge Limited, Pune Key Areas : a. Inhouse Installation and commissioning of the PLC's, various machines b. Programming proficiency in ladder logic development with Allen Bradlley, Siemens, Modicon and SAV PLC's. c. Debugging and trouble shooting of PCB's at component level. d. Planning and executing Preventive and breakdown maintenance of fully automatic forging process control line incorporating equipments like spindle presses, robots, rotary hearth furnace, material handlers . e. Vendor development and spares planning . f. Development and successful implementation of plant maintenance database system using Foxpro. g.Worked as functional analyst with Rambrandt consultancy U.K. as functional analyst.

Projects and Achievements :

1) Reduced equipment downtime by Successfully Implementation of Maintenance System i.e. Preventive And Breakdown called by name Maintenance Group Routine (MGR) and Outstanding Defect Report(ODR).

2) Erection and commissioning of 16000t forging press line consisting of all above Equipment?s with some advanced features like PROFIBUS Technology using ET200B modules and automation of rotary hearth furnace by using Allen Bradley RSLogix Software.

3) Erection And commissioning of 1600 t press along with the PLC panel and Operating Panel Designing.
