EXPERIENCE Motorola Mobility, Libertyville, IL 2005 August 2012

Lead Test Engineer Product Support Engineering (2008 - August 2012) Developed and implemented a formal system test methodology for memory cards, and led the test team in the institutionalization of those practices, the impact of which was reflected in an approximate $12.3 million revenue increase in 2011-Q4. Reviewed and analyzed business requirements and technical designs to ensure full understanding of project deliverables for memory cards and worked with QA leads and testers to estimate overall testing effort. Designed, developed and executed test plans, test cases and scripts for all phases of testing, including requirement traceability matrix. Managed external vendor relationships through weekly face-to-face meetings and conference calls. This has significantly improved the working relations between Motorola and memory memory card suppliers. Coordinated and defined regression testing strategies that maximized coverage while at the same time minimizing overall regression testing time by more than 30%.
