Managed engineering department for 337 room full service downtown MD hotel to include 20,000 sq/ft of meeting / banquet facilities, two restaurants, fitness center and indoor pool and spa.
Developed and implemented a much needed preventative maintenance program on all mechanical equipment to include 2 - Carrier Centrifugal Chillers and all appurtenances. Replacement of 2 - 4,000,000 btu/hr hydronic heating boilers - circa 1984.
Implemented guest room and public area preventative maintenance program which was in place but not happening according to my standards let alone Starwood.
Renovated 8 floors ( 256 ) guest bathrooms from gut - out to new completion.
Personally installed 2- Sanyo 4 ton cooling systems in elevator machine room in penthouse to keep equipment from over heating in hot / humid weather.
Coordinated and obtained all licenses, permits and variances for any and all projects and mechanical equipment.
Managed and trained 11 hotel engineers to include 2 supervisors and swing shift engineer.
Held bi-weekly training classes to better improve on GSI and MPSI

Opened brand new 235 luxury room hotel in downtown Annapolis, MD.
Hired and trained complete engineering staff.
Operated and maintained (4 ) pipe chilled / hot water heating & cooling system for entire facility which included 2 new office buildings - complex was called Park Place of Annapolis.

Managed engineering department for 250 room full service hotel to include large Nautilus Fitness Center, indoor / outdoor pool, game room, large restaurant and pool bar / grille.
Renovated entire hotel to include all guest rooms, atrium, bar, restaurant, front desk, ballrooms and complete repaving of 585 space parking lot.
Implemented all work orders, preventative maintenance programs, and repaired all rooftop and mechanical equipment in - house; saving the budgeted dollars and keeping our financial status in tact.
Improved overall GSI and rev-par of hotel by scores that were great compared to previous years.
