Tier 2 supplier of Automotive Interior Components, specializing in Soft Trim Vinyl,
Fabric, Leather and other related materials. Including the injection molding, wrapping,
assembly, testing and verification of subcomponents, into final assembly of Instrument
Panels, Door Assemblies, Center Consoles, Seating and Trunk Systems. Customers included
IAC Responsible for Engineering, Program Management, and development of over $30M in new
annual revenue, as well as launch and manufacturing operations at plants located in
Michigan and Mexico. Established complete estimating and quote process, engineering
management and launch solutions, ERP and business wide planning processes. Developed
business partnership with Italian manufacturer of High End Leather interior systems and
successfully launched Lancia and 300LX Leather interior system for 2012 MY, expanding

Tier 1 supplier of Rotary Forged Aluminum Wheels for Heavy Truck/Military and Automotive
applications. Customers included OEM Trailer and Truck Mfg, Specialty Vehicle Mfg and
Aftermarket companies as well as Replacement/Service Market. Start-up operation from
ground zero through 363 Bankruptcy with Kamylon Investment Group. Identified the business
opportunity to create a new North American Forged Aluminum wheel company. Successfully
created the investment requirements, business plan, start-up requirements and financing to
bring a unique Rotary Forged Aluminum wheel plant back into production, create and
establish products, and create a customer base in a market dominated by two major OEM
Suppliers in a period of less than 6 months. Personally directing every aspect of the
venture to insure cost/quality/design/manufacturability and delivery of a full range of
heavy truck/trailer, automotive and military wheel solutions utilizing an advanced Hot
Rotary Forge and Fluidized Heat Treat process that is a first in the industry, allowing
for the most cost efficient and technically advanced products produced anywhere in the
world.

Tier 1 supplier of specialty vehicle engineering, development, manufacturing, and
component supply, including sub-systems and final vehicle assembly. Customers included GM,
Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, and AM General. Held P&L and balance sheet responsibility for 13
operational units, with annual revenue for fiscal year end 2007 at $147M noted under
Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies, Inc (QTWW), the parent company. Served as President of
four of the units (stand alone LLC's) and on the Board of Managers (executive board) of
seven business units. Led 12 direct and 450 indirect reports. Oversaw Operations, Quality,
Materials Management, Program Management, MIS, Paint Plant, RIMM Plant, and Sales. Plants
operated in Michigan Provided leadership and direction in the engineering side of the
business. Other responsibilities included extensive involvement in mergers and
acquisitions. Challenged with managing an explosive expansion in facilities, personnel,
and products while ensuring on-time delivery of product at the highest quality. Also
challenged with expanding supply chain from several key suppliers in Michigan to over 600

years) with consistent profitability gains. Consolidated various
operational functions to eliminate duplication during growth period and provide
