management Managed two complex files purges resulting in the destruction of 2,153 off-site

storage boxes and eliminated more than $3K in monthly storage fees

Utilizing Accutrac Records Management Software, spearheaded conversion from long-

standing manual records tracking system to an automated records tracking system. Process

included vendor research, software testing and implementation, data entry and bar coding

of files and boxes.

Directed relocation of Records Department from the 8th to 7th floor including transfer

of existing filing system. Acquired vendor services for design of new records center,

assigned files to off-site storage Overcame legal departments concerns with creative

approaches to records destruction. Planned and executed comprehensive inventory of

basement storage facility and arranged and executed destruction of dated records.

Instituted first systematic color-coding of files and file-related correspondence,

streamlining processes of file shifting and transferring of files to off-site storage and

file-searching capabilities, significantly improving efficiency and reducing turnaround

time by 20%

Initiated purge of the firm's administrative/billing files. I destroyed or transferred

files to off-site storage according to schedule Developed and implemented retention

periods for administrative records Located, identified and retrieved files and/or

documents when requested using physical/manual and electronic database search skills

Liaised with storage vendor regarding maintenance of archived records
