Objective
I would like to acquire a position as a Registered Nurse that would use my skills and
previous work experiences, while also giving me the opportunity to cultivate new skills. I
want to make a difference in the lives of the residents that I am serving. My goal is to
postively impact my residents and their families and make their lives easier, more

. Impact Medicare Revenue I am able to direct and supervise the interdisciplinary team
throughout a patients Medicare stay to secure the highest possible RUG level and
associated reimbursement. For example, I have impacted Medicare revenue to increase from
$120K per month to an average of $300K per month. I have impacted Case Mix reimbursement
from 1.4 per quarter to 2.1 per quarter.
