Consists of extensive contact with staff, business owners and the public involving

enforcement of established standards in person or electronically using pertinent Federal,

State and local laws, codes and regulations including administrative and departmental

policies, municipal codes and ordinances related to residential and commercial properties

and buildings using methods techniques of code violation investigation and enforcement;

methods and procedures used in citation issuance. Methods used to obtain various types of

inspection warrants using pertinent facts. Solving the problems presented by individuals

from various socio-economic, cultural, ethical backgrounds, demonstrating safe work

methods and safety practices pertaining to the work, Providing quality customer service

communication clearly in person and electronically, dealing with the public tactfully,
