Research Lab Manager (February 2003 - May 2004)
Participant of two funded research teams working with the Unites States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) on service level agreements (SLAs) and knowledge management issues.
Responsibilities included building the computing infrastructure (hardware, software, networking) from the ground up, and hiring and managing graduate lab assistants.
