I have accomplished so much from my past job . I learned how to take care of people that needs help. I learned to give CPR . I have been able to show someone how to cook or do there laundry . being able to do what i have got to do has been great . i have really learned alot by doing online training also. I have found ways to make the people that i work with understand in a way that they have fun with learning instead of them getting mad. I have good communication skills .And i work good with other people i am a good team player .

Ditch Witch

assemble the JT 3020 machine from the groud up

At Ditch Witch i had learned alot like using an impact,torque wrench and using all sorts of sockets. I also had learned to work with all sorts of people in a factory and i enjoy it very much. I had to work with hydraulic hoses, setting the radiatior and mudpump. I had to set the engine after i bolted the engine mounts down first. I was able to build the whole JT 3020 from the back to the front.
