* Primary point of contact between customer, Sales and Operations, acting on assigned projects, from implementation through the entire telephone system installation process

* Managed large projects of moderate to significant complexity by defining system and project requirements, as well as coordinating all resources required for a project, including human resources, material resources and telco resources

* Acted as a resource to less experienced project coordination staff, assisting with problem resolution and guiding activities mentoring others as requested
