Experience
Jolicoeur Limited Facility Renovation (10/05 current), Montr al, QC
Built an excel-based production model to forecast the production
requirements for Jolicoeur through the year 2015.
Developed an estimate for the total cost of the project.
Redesigned the facility to incorporate new technology and to make
improvements to the product flow and material handling.
Reviewed proposals submitted by the equipment vendors and aided the
customer in the decision making process.
The production capacity of the plant was increased by 97% and the
payroll was reduced by eight full time employees.

equipment, staffing, labor, and storage requirements through 2015.
Designed a building expansion to create more production space.
The maximum productive capacity of the facility was increased by 250%,
enough to meet the demand for the next ten years.
Cadillac Uniform Facility Expansion (8/04 current), Bayamon, Puerto Rico
Designed an expansion to the existing facility to increase production
capacity to meet the growing demand.
Redesigned the existing waste water system to provide more heat
recovery and water reuse.
Created an equipment connection schedule to aid the sub-contractors in
their design of the MEP system for the expansion.
Used statistical process control techniques to identify abnormalities in
both utility usage and facility production. The spreadsheets created in
this study allow the owner to better diagnose problems in his plant.
Coordinated the efforts of various equipment vendors, building
contractors, and the architect throughout the project.
Developed an excel-based statistical process control program to monitor
utility usage and create an action plan to correct variances.
The productive capacity of the facility was increased by 200% with a
23,000 ft2 addition.
Sitex Corporation Production Tracking System (2/05 3/05) Henderson, KY
