Favite Inc. has dedicated to break through technology barrier to develop new products in lots of RFID fields. In 2009, Favite was the first company to launch a Smart RFID Reader based on Impinj R2000 Reader chipset and also the leader in the reader module field.
In 2010, Favite has successfully developed a new patent high-quality RFID tag antenna copper-plated production process which can replace the cu-etching production process. Favite also has its own R & D technology to design the reader, antenna pattern, tag product line and manufacturing machine.
PERSONAL MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with customers and stakeholders on new business opportunities. In 2011 and 2012, I supported the sales team to complete the pilot run, EVT and DVT to got the over 3 million USD purchase order from the biggest customer of FAVITE Inc..
* Work closely with the customer requirements and tune the solution to the customer environment. I have co worked with Amazon stuff and completed the Kindle Fire 1 and 2 RFID tagging, manufacturing tracking and RMA center applications in China, Europe and United States since 2011.
* Make periodic customer visits in support of the sales team, exploring specific needs and new opportunities. I have given the periodic lecture about the RFID introduce and application in RFID Expo. Taiwan form 2008 to trace potential customers, also given the training course inside FAVITE Inc. and TCA.
* Work closely with R&D on new RFID hardware products and help to adapt to meet the customer needs. I was involved in the development of FS-GM201 which is an entry-level, long read-range, compact reader device, it is designed based on Impinj R1000 and it is compliant with ISO 18000-6C standard, in addition, it supports Dense Reader Mode, can using in the KIOSK, product line management and shop flow management system I also done the H700 which is designed with Impinj Indy R2000 reader chipset development and FS-GF801 which is a 8 port smart reader. What I did in these products were making product specification, software and firmware implement.
