Designed and implemented Cincinnati Financial's Agile methodology, COMET. Served as the

corporation's Agile coach and trained 20 Project Managers and 600+ IT Associates in the

use and utilization of the Agile methods featured in our methodology..

Tasked with the design and implementation of a matrix managed model for IT that focuses

on flexible resource management applied to pools of available expertise, while balancing

resource capacity and demand.

C#.Net, ASP.Net, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server and DB2.

Supervised the Project Management effort for Cincinati Financial Corporation s mobile
