Research Statement
The main theme of my research is applying and analyzing probabilistic methods for the
purpose of
scaling existing machine learning algorithms. In addition, I am also interested in
applying such scalable
algorithms to problems that deal with large data sets, such as social network analysis
and locality-
sensitive hashing.
