certification exercise for USWest Telephone

Company, which provides local phone services

in 14 western states of the USA. The

applications (Web & Client-Server) such as

Access Link, Service Order, Managed Data

Service, CPE ? Oracle, Registration Server,

etc. were developed in Small Talk, Java,

Visual Basic, Clarify, Oracle and runs on

Visual Work and being tested by WinRunner,

TestDirector, and LoadRunner.

Major responsibilities are to

- Analyze the business requirements

along with Business SMEs, Test Lead &

Project Manager.

- Make Test Matrix and Test Plan

according to Business SME's requirements.

- ! NTEGRATOR Access Link (ver 2.0):

its role is for provisioning the DSL

MegaSubscriber and MegaCentral Services. It

allows the recording of each of the critical

circuit elements, automatic translation of

virtual paths, tracking of the service

orders and their critical dates that

generated the access link and status for

each access link and each service order.

- !NTEGRATOR Service Order (ver 2.0):

it provides tools for automated processing

of specific kinds of MegaSubscriber

provisioning requests. It stores and allows

viewing of the full image of a service

order, related WORD document, including

supplements.

- !NTEGRATOR Managed Data Service

(MDS, ver 2.0): is a service offered by US

West !nterprise that engineers and

proactively monitors a company's wide area

network and customer premise equipment via a

frame relay connection. !nterprise monitors

the network's performance, detect any

problems, coordinate repairs, and make

recommendations for improvement.

- CPE - Oracle: This application

provides the billing and reporting functions

for maintenance contracts. In Solution I,

Oracle provides a bill to the customer for

maintenance, while SOFI provides a separate

bill for equipment and/or labor. Once all

solutions are implemented, Oracle will be

the entire sale.
