Awarded to less than ten recipients per quarter in an office of approximately 1,300 employees, this is the most prestigious award bestowed upon non-officer employees.

Received for my key role in defining and implementing a new outbound collection strategy within the department.

Procedure Analysis and Process Document Revision:

Have revised several bankruptcy processing documents to increase probability of correctly matching a bankruptcy case filed to an actual client's account.

Identified, escalated, and corrected a process gap where agents were not properly instructed to pend an account for next-day follow-up processing where a need for follow-up was present for adequate coding of the account.

Both of these updates have significantly reduced the risk of stay violations and their associated legal ramifications.

Microsoft Sharepoint Design:

Volunteered to assume the role of designing, improving, and maintaining our team's Sharepoint site.

Adept at creating custom data types and implementing multiple views against the data to filter out and sort appropriately for the information desired.

Issue Tracking/Follow-Up:

Management has applauded my design for a spreadsheet that provides at-a-glance weekly summaries of identified problems and issues.
