and other court filings, as well as litigating matters before the court. Also involved in

Administrator One of three system administrators responsible for 24-hour support for the

local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN), utilizing a unique topology with multiple

operating systems for an ocean shipping line with offices in Jacksonville, Miami, New

Jersey, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Also responsible for analyzing and

recommending IT solutions to top management, and then pricing, negotiating, acquiring and

implementing new hardware and software to effectuate those solutions. Arlington Computer

Managed a highly-skilled team of IT professionals who performed site surveys, network

analysis, hardware and software solution recommendations, as well as on-site repairs,

upgrades and installations of the solutions. These solutions pertained to LANs, WANs,

voice-over IP solutions, network security solutions, alternative email solutions and

Internal Revenue Service, Oxon Hill, MD; May 1999October 1999; Y2K Team Lead (Secret

Clearance): Created and maintained multi-platform environments for extensive testing in a

controlled environment. Led a highly specialized and diverse team of IT professionals who

performed comprehensive Y2K assessments for common off the shelf as well as in-house

developed applications and databases, which included authoring and presenting official Y2K

status compliance reports required by and on file with IRS. Also acted as liaison and

negotiator between the IRS and Logicon/Northrop Grumman on the highly publicized Y2K

issue. NASA, Kennedy Space Center, FL, January 1999 May 1999; Y2K Team Lead (Secret

Clearance): Managed a unique assessment team of IT professionals to analyze and document

NASAs Y2K exposure and impact on mission goals. Led team staff in the comprehensive on-

site compliance of hundreds of servers, network components, personal computers, embedded

systems (such as HVAC and security systems), embedded server upgrades and replacements,

and software for Kennedy Space Centers, NASA and the United States Air Force at NASA.

Personally responsible for evaluation and acquisition of automated Y2K assessment tools

used to inventory over 1600 personal computers and installed software. Visual Solutions,

Inc./Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Jacksonville, FL; October 1998 - December

1998; Lead Y2K Test Executioner Designed, implemented and managed the Year 2000 Test

Laboratory for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, overseeing four Y2K test executioner

technical staff members. Test operations included review of in-house coding and all vendor

purchased software to determine Y2K compliance, recreating accurate testing environments

for NT, Unix, mainframe interfaces, and MS Access developed programs with SQL back-ends.

Responsibilities included technical documentation of testing processes, results of

compliance or non-compliance and recommendations as needed. ADP, Inc., Jacksonville, FL;

January 1996August 1998; Senior Special Projects Analyst Initial position involved

resolving customer issues for the time and attendance software and hardware, including

database and network issues across multiple operating systems; quickly promoted to project

implementation, traveling extensively in the United States and the Caribbean to customer

locations for on-site pre-installation, installation and post-installation training,

spanning several environments. Again promoted, to senior special project analyst,

providing resolution of software solutions for MS SQL Server, Sybase SQL Server and
