intercooled centrifugal compressor system, very low pressure and high

supply pumps operating in parallel. Designed plate-fin compact heat exchanger

for condensing OTEC steam into fresh water. Selected the heat exchanger vendor

and coordinated through the fabrication process. Documented project

specifications, performance guarantees, and testing requirements for vendors of

pumps, centrifugal compressors, and steam turbine-generator systems.

Formulated test plans, startup and shutdown procedures, for OTEC power plant.

Analyzed plant failure modes and overall system availability. Stress analysis
