based on functional annotation and experimental characterization)

Reduced representation and next generation sequencing

A database of conference papers

A complete database of conference papers from various journal sources, was developed. The

RDBMS used in the application is MySQL and it is deployed on a Linux OS. The back end cod ing

is done using Java. The UI is developed as a command line application. The administrator,

Conference papers library user and author are the three functionalities designed in the application.

The authorized administrator can manage the users and authors list and also all modify/delete/add

the conference papers.

The authorized user can view the papers, based on a specific search criteria.

The authorized author can add papers to the database, and modify / delete his own papers.

Literature review of next generation sequencing

Completed a literature survey and wrote a review paper on the various methods of next generation

sequencing.
