Currently I am a final year Master student in Computer science at Concordia University. Before

joining the University I worked for almost 3 years in software companies, where I was indulged in

creating a desktop and web applications. Those experiences made me fond of ASP.net and

C#.net. In addition, the university gave me much idea about th e object oriented, design patterns

and networking.

4.2008 7.2010 SOFTWARE/WEB DEVELOPER,

As a software developer, my task was to add new features to the web site and

in addition fix the bugs that are in the server. Within 3 months of joining I was

promoted to Medior developer. Along with developing, I also han dled internal

system management activities (Fixing desktop, Network cabling). The project I

was involded in are described below

Developing website (Vb.net, Asp.net, MSSQL)

In this project we have created a website for the Dutch car company. The

website allows creating different dealer and adding their customer information

along with their vehicles information. Sending mail/SMS to each customer,

managing their records, allowi ng the dealer to view their companies statistics,

export records to MSWord, Excel, and PDF, manage their POP account.

Windows mobile CE application (C#.net, Vb.net, MSSQL, Asp.net)

This application was created for Dutch company Peugeot. The purpose of th is

application was to transfer the record from the server to all the Windows

mobiles CE and vice-versa. And at the back office the administrator can upload

the data and set the time when and which records are to be sent to the mobiles.

The mobile gets the record from server and then it can add customer

information in the mobile and then send it back to server and if no internet

connection is found then those records are kept in mobile and it s sent when

internet connection is found.

Developing Website (C#.net, Asp.net, Devexpress, MSSQL)

This site is the redesign of www.proxymit.nl. All the codes are translated to

C#.net and now we have used Devexpress component.

8.2007 11.2007 SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Sabaiko Media Pvt. LTD, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu, Nepal.

W e (group of 4 guys) were hired by this company for a project. The task was to

develop software for the parking system which was to be implemented in

Kathmandu mall.

Parking System for Kathmandu Mall(C#.net, MSSQL 2005)

This was a desktop application that works in network with server at one end

and two client interface. On one computer there is a client that allow user to

insert those vehicles number that enter the mall and at exit there is a c lient that

generates an hourly bill and prints. In addition it maintain the monthly report of

vehicles and the amount earned in current month and gives alert if the vehicles

doesn t moves out for more than 3 days or if two vehicles have same number

plate.

The project done for this course was an impressive one. We had to do a ticket

reservation system. It was implemented in 4 ways

6.2011 7.2011 Collaborative Text Editor (Java)

As a part of our course SOEN we had to develop a text editor. It was a group

work assignment of 5 students. The application performs the basic operations of

notepad such as text editing and search. In addition, we implemented auto

complete, dictionary and used socket programming for concurrent modification

of same file in two systems.
