My real estate team has been managing and selling REO properties in large volume since

2000. We have a skilled staff of REO professionals including a Closing Manager, Valuation

& Listing Coordinator, Property/Billing Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Field Inspector, a

Short Sale Specialist, and Buyer Agents.

I have earned the GRI, ABR, CBR and SFR designations. In addition, I am REODCP, A-REO,

Res.Net, Equator REO and Short Sale Platinum, and Corelogic certified.

We sell houses, and mean a lot of them. In 2009, Real Trends Magazine ranked The Shannon

Team #10 in the United States based on 637 closed real estate transaction sides, a 50%

increase over our 2008 production which ranked in Top 30 Teams as reported by the Wall

Street Journal based on 423 closed real estate transaction sides. We rank in the Top 250

teams for over 5 years running.

In 2000, I developed a database system so we could effectively manage hundreds of REO

properties simultaneously called REOEDGE is a SQL Database Management Software system for

real estate agents that track all aspects of REO properties simultaneously by multiple

users. The goal was to streamlining the REO process from first assignment to final

disbursement of the file after closing. Our REO management software system operates at a

99.9% up time and we are able to give real time status on all assets when our clients need

it.
