WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPER
WEB DEVELOPER / DESIGNER, GRAPHIC DESIGNER, SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Web Developer. I design modern, sleek, and professional web pages using the latest trends
to create the ultimate browsing experience for the end-user. I design my work using HTML5,
CSS3, and Javascript to create modern, light and SEO-friendly pages. I implement the
back-end in either LAMP or .NET and draw from my heavy background in programming to create
great designs and clean code. I also have experience modifying popular templates in both e-
commerce and CMS.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mandarich Media Group, LLC
-- Scottsdale, AZ April 2012 -- June 2012Leading SEO Company
EB DESIGNER / DEVELOPER
I was brought into Mandarich Media Group to help with the design and development duties
of a large set of clients sites. Because many of these websites were being developed with
heavy SEO as an end-goal, design quality, user experience, and especially the ability for
the client to continue to modify the site after completion was a must.
My main responsibility was to develop custom websites that could be maintained by the
client via wordpress. This was accomplished by modifying templates, plugins, PHP coding,
and anything else necessary to make a website look the way the client wanted while
allowing for end-user functionality. This was done mostly via custom templates.
Another aspect was the immediate design of landing pages with the end-goal of having the
viewer opt-in via email. This required knowledge of user experience, user interaction, how
to develop a general trust feel, and color schemes.
Several of my additional responsibilities:
Touching up photos via Photoshop for the Photography side of their business
SEO Responsibilities: maintaining or putting proper HTML formatting for friendly SEO
pages, formatting articles outsourced for SEO friendly pages, making quick, SEO-friendly
one-page sites to aid in back-linking
CPR Savers & First Aid Supply, LLC
-- Tempe, AZ October 2011 -- April 2012
Leading Provider of First Aid, and CPR supplies
EB DEVELOPER
I was brought into this company to assist in the growth of its e-commerce design.
Specifically to allow for:
Greater flexibility in managing of their current website(s)
Dynamic inventory management
Other Custom and Dynamic Changes
The first was to debug a modular platform integrating the database into their main
website.
While maintaining the current website(s) I created a more sophisticated and modernized
look while we began the process of integrating a new WYSIWYG e-commerce site. I was also
largely responsible for maintaining an inventory of 17,000+ items while developing new
pages with customized graphics, and modernized looks.
As a marketing coordinator I developed Black Friday Cyber Monday' and Holiday
promotional pages. 10,000+ customers would be driven to these pages in a several hours and
I successfully increased sales through excellent design.
I was then asked to help convert the entire site over to a new e-Commerce platform
(3DCart); as the shopping cart software was mostly automated, it required creating a
database and creating numerous excel function to manage a massive inventory.
Other Projects I Completed:
Designing the PHP coding for a performance based test used for other departments within
the company
Creating multiple slideshows and various other media-based effects in Javascript
(JQuery) to match the looks of slideshows originally created in Adobe Flash
Updating various area of the site(s) to ensure for cross-browser and mobile-phone
compatibility
Creating a custom search engine within the website framework that matches the sites
design and style (and allows for custom image searching, video searching, etc.) as opposed
to the standard custom google search
Adding many features using Javascript (JQuery) to highlight and draw attention to image
features and add a unique feel to the website
Other duties I was responsible for:
Adding the catalog to Google Shopping and Amazon and maintaining it to drive in
additional sales
Debugging the site

ENERAL HTML5 / CSS3 TEMPLATES
http://wontstop.net/adamlipschultz.com/index.html
This is a template designed in HTML5/CSS3 with graphics developed in illustrator. It's
a modern, sophisticated design computer geeks would like. It has no back-end and is
simply a placeholder that can later incorporate a back-end for either CMS, e-commerce,
blogging, or any other design modifications.
http://www.wontstop.net/home/demx/index.html
This is a template designed in HTML5/CSS3 (graphics are placeholder images; not mine,
creative commons); it's a simple modern theme for more of a portfolio (about us). Either
an individual or company. This would not feature a heavy back-end other than perhaps a
comment system or news updates via admin control. This is not complete.
http://www.wontstop.net/demy/index.html
This is a neutral, one pager type layout that is designed mainly with CSS3. It features
minimal javascript and HTML. The goal is to make it extremely SEO friendly while
maintaining a good design. The tags (h1, h2, etc.) are all actually gif images using a
trick to make them transparent while still maintaining the text for tags
HP / MySQL

Incorporates a back end and a simple front-end. Allows for simple e-commerce
functionality with PHP/mySQL. Admin has control over products that are added,

OTHER RELEVANT BACKROUND EXPERIENCE
During High School I developed personal websites during the initial .com boom. I acquired
domain names using INTERNIC, developed templates with basic HTML, and later had my brother
manage the selling of them once the projects were completed.
I also developed various applications using Visual Studio (BASIC) to create a foundation
for GUI development. I also developed basic to moderate applications in Pascal leading up
to simple Gaming Designs, Artificial Intelligence, and Graphic Manipulation.
As a college student, while focusing on computer science I developed several personal
websites allowing for modifyable content (now known as CMS); this allowed me to post news,
personal pictures, etc. This was before blogging, facebook, or other platforms had been
developed and become mainstream. I developed these using MySQL and PHP.
I currently am working on creating various templates for mainstream CMS, Blogging, and E-
