Project Manager
Drives all business operations, including sales and marketing. Administers all client and subcontractor contracts, executes all account payable and receivable, and facilitates all functions for the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to delivery.
Interfaces with clients to identify their needs, and establish a budget to meet them. Compiles all pertinent information, including material and resource requirements, as well as pricing before making the primary presentation to the customer. Develops scope of project services, calculates project cost, and schedules needed resources. Addresses all revisions in scope, materials, resources and pricing prior to project commencement. Initiates project plan, schedule and procurements. Acquires all necessary permits. Conducts continual quality inspections of work and materials, resolving any related problems. Approves all work during the project. Oversees the finalization of the project, ensuring client satisfaction.
Organized and led the remodeling of a 7-physician medical facility in 3 weeks, executing most of the construction on weekends as to not disrupt business.
Planned, coordinated and delivered the remodeling of a church sanctuary in 13 days.
Designed 100+ products for furnishing projects.
Designed and facilitated an ease of use for a Quadriplegic client’s kitchen, bath, closets and living quarters, including a bath lift and wheelchair rotation device, an after-shower dyer system and a rotating clothes closet.
Delivered all projects on time and within budget.
Earned a number of citations from A.S.I.D., including that of Designer of Distinction.
Conducted business and interior design classes on college level.
