The focus of my career for the last 17 years has been in information technology;

infrastructure management, project management, product development, team management and

development and application sales. I chose this path due to the ever changing world and

challenges of IT. The exploration of these paths has allowed me to build an internal

knowledgebase of how best to first understand then design and build out applications which

impact people in a positive manor. Throughout my career, I ve worked as the presenter of

information both upstream and downstream. I have proven my ability to understand complex

situations both technical and personality based and disseminate those complexities into

solutions to achieve the goals at hand. I ve spent time working with clients one on one

and within client groups to determine inefficiencies in existing workflows and

applications and create new applications to address gaps. I have always prided myself as

someone who does not pitch vaporware. I have the ability and passion to bring multiple

resources together and continue to motivate those resources throughout a projects

lifecycle. The ability to adjust and change as demands dictate is one of the many things I

bring to the table.

My passion and leadership not only play out in my career but outside of the office. I am

one of the founding members of a non-profit, Operation BBQ Relief

www.operationbbqrelief.org created after our efforts in providing meals to the people of

Joplin after the Tornado this past May. To date we have provided relief to 7 different

disaster preparing and serving over 150,000 meals. My responsibility in OBR is Operations.

I have 7 different coordinators I work with depending on location to help bring resources

and volunteers in to provide meals. I work with individuals and corporations to gather

donations and determine the logistical needs for each operation. I do not take my

responsibilities lightly and fully engage in the tasks in front of me both personally and

professionally.
