I am tasked with drawing up schedules for the week according to labor restrictions. I act as a secretary of sorts to my immediate supervisor by creating my department's business plan, implementing department expectations and follow up with employees on set expectations and goals. There are several employees under my direct supervision in which I am responsible for training with sales procedures, customer service and product knowledge.
I have achieved monthly sales goals for several months from my part times status for which I was acknowledged and promoted to the full time and then department senior.

With Village Inn I was in an accounting position responsible for data processing, entry of sales and expenses, and W-2 processing. This was done on a daily basis and had to be done to precise calculations before posting closing entries for the day and week.
My educational experience from my associate's degree plan was put to the test hands on in this high volume business environment.
Data entry and number processing done to precision was an essential skill I have learned from these hands on experiences.
