commercial construction and vendor logistics; from cost coding/budgeting to delivering the Certificate of

Occupancy. Created a ground up turnkey system that combined construction and vendor ordering and

logistics for JIT arrival to onsite projects. Managed 5-7 superintendents at any given time on projects that spanned several different states and jurisdictions. Executed large contracts on a weekly basis.

-Created preconstruction budgets and took these budgets from beginning to end.

-Completing all prerequisites to achieve a Building Permit in a timely fashion.

-Cost coding all receipts and approving all sub contractor pay requests parallel to job completion percentages.

-Handled all change orders, drawing revisions, and in field technical issues. Worked hand in hand with

architects.
