Duties include. Worked to provide customers with the best qualified candidates for their open positions.
Worked with a total of 15 customers coordinating from payroll to the interview process. As a recruiter I
interview candidates then depending on the customer I either place them on assignment or submit them to
be interviewed. Completed new hire paperwork, including backgrounds, drug-screen, reference checks,
and offer letters for all candidates prior to job placement. Weekly quality assurance calls to all customers.
Implementation of recruiting strategies. Customer Service and Data entry. In addition, I handled some of
the accounts payable; as well as, ensured that audits and productivity reports were completed in a timely
fashion. Assisted in the training of all new hires, handle vacation, unemployment, and worker’s comp.

Managed the day-to-day running of office. Handled Office MIS and HRA client management system and
