EXPERIENCE

06/05- 03/2009 Volt Services Group Houston, TX

Recruiter 04/06- 03/09

Duties include. Worked to provide customers with the best qualified candidates for their open positions.

Worked with a total of 15 customers coordinating from payroll to the interview process. As a recruiter I

interview candidates then depending on the customer I either place them on assignment or submit them to

be interviewed. Completed new hire paperwork, including backgrounds, drug-screen, reference checks,

and offer letters for all candidates prior to job placement. Weekly quality assurance calls to all customers.

Implementation of recruiting strategies. Customer Service and Data entry. In addition, I handled some of

the accounts payable; as well as, ensured that audits and productivity reports were completed in a timely

fashion. Assisted in the training of all new hires, handle vacation, unemployment, and worker’s comp.

setting, testing, and certifying that all procedures are followed correctly in the registration process.

Main Duties: managing service department: 8 service men, dispatching, data entry, reconciliation,

customer service, and general clerical duties, i.e. typing, contracts, filing, answering phones. Calculating
