Commercial Loan Assistant/Admin Assistant

As the loan assistant, I am responsible for the various administrative duties

associated with commercial loans such as processing and funding construction

draws, monitoring payment histories, and obtaining current information from

borrowers to remain in compliance. I work with the loan officer and the loan

department to gather documentation and obtain approvals on newly submitted

applications. I also provide administrative assistance to the branch, including

levels, preparing deposits, analyzing credit reports, loan processing and approvals,

check cashing and wire transfers.
